Jess Toop

Managing Principal

With an extensive career as a specialist employment lawyer in top tier firms Herbert Smith Freehills (Melbourne) and Linklaters (Hong Kong) as well as in-house legal teams, Jess Toop brings expert knowledge and experience to assist you to manage your workplace issues.

Jess advises clients on the full range of employment law and industrial relations issues, including contracts, engaging workers, termination of employment, transfers of business, restructures, enterprise bargaining, industrial instruments, policy drafting and review, payroll compliance and anti-discrimination obligations. With considerable litigation experience, Jess also acts for clients in the federal/state courts and tribunals.

Jessica Pratt

Jessica is an experienced employment law practitioner who has provided strategic advice to clients across a cross-section of industries for more than 15 years. Having worked for leading Australian firms, Jessica is passionate about being a trusted advisor to her clients and empowering them to effectively manage legal risks. Georgia Rutecki

Georgia has wide-ranging experience across employment and industrial relations law matters. She commenced her career at Herbert Smith Freehills, and subsequently gained experience in the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department, the Victorian Department of Education and in private practice.
