We have a pricing structure to suit your needs

 

Fixed Fee

Toop Workplace Law offers many of its legal services at a capped or fixed price. This means you know our costs upfront – no surprises.

For example, we can provide employment documentation for your business, such as tailored employment agreement templates and key HR policies, at a fixed price.

Retainer / Help Desk

If you have a regular need for employee relations advice, a retainer may be the most cost effective option.

Under a retainer, you pay a monthly fee and we are on call via phone or email to assist you with your employment law needs. You'll have a trusted adviser on hand at a competitive rate, to ensure you get things right as you go.

Hourly rate

The scope and extent of assistance you require to manage a difficult employee situation or respond to a claim may not be clear at the outset and so our fee proposal may include charging by the hour. For litigious matters, we provide a fee estimate for each stage of the litigation and keep you updated.
